Although we strongly recommend that all restaurants and commercial food establishments abide by FOG Ordinance 16.5 and clean their grease trap (or grease interceptor) every 90 days (or 25% discharge into the city’s sanitary sewer system), we will not force you into a quarterly contract.

Customers are Invoiced at the Time of a Grease Trap Cleaning Service.

We like to keep things simple! Given we don’t utilize service contracts, we only invoice customers at the time of service. The price of service is based upon the size of your grease trap or grease interceptor, and can be found online by clicking here. There are no taxes on the service of a grease trap, and we do not charge any other fees. As a matter of fact, the only “fee” we ever charge customer is a no call (no show) or non cancellation fee (after all, our time is also valuable). Need to be placed on terms?
