Grease Trap Repairs and Replacements in New Orleans Completed by Local, Certified, and Reliable Licensed Master Plumbers.
New Orleans Grease Trap Cleaning and Cooking Oil Recycling works directly with local, certified, and licensed master plumbers who can make quick and efficient grease trap repairs for restaurants and commercial food establishments throughout the greater New Orleans, LA area.
Per FOG Ordinance 16.5, as mandated by the Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans, all Orleans Parish restaurants and commercial food establishments are required to complete an annual grease trap (or grease interceptor) inspection to ensure units are operating in their correct and intended manner. In order for a grease trap to pass annual inspection, it must first be properly cleaned, photographed, and inspected by a S&WBNO certified cleaning and inspection company. Once cleaned and inspected, a pass or fail will be issued to respective restaurant or commercial food establishment’s representative.
What Happens when a Grease Interceptor does not Pass the Annual Inspection Requirements?
At New Orleans Grease Trap Cleaning we clean and inspect units on a daily basis. Unfortunately we sometimes have customers with faulty grease traps that require repairs, and sometimes even replacement. When this occurs, further evaluation by a licensed plumber is required to create an action plan for repair or replacement.
If you happen to represent a restaurant or commercial food establishment and are in need of an honest, local, and reliable Licensed Master Plumber, please contact us directly and we will happily refer you to one of our competent plumbers that can help you in making your repairs.
